The name Threshold reflects the foundation of our philosophy. In exercise science, a threshold represents the point where the body transitions between energy systems—the boundary where meaningful adaptation occurs. It’s where stress becomes stimulus, and training becomes progress.
Just like in sport, improvement happens at these boundaries. When effort is applied intentionally. When intensity is appropriate. When structure guides the work.
